Return & Refund Policy – DVXWear

At DVXWear, we create premium, intentional activewear designed with discipline and detail. Because many of our items are produced in limited quantities and via preorder, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
    •    Item must be unworn
    •    Unwashed
    •    Free of stains, deodorant marks, or damage
    •    In original packaging with tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Preorder Items
All preorder items are considered final sale unless defective.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
